What
happens in a lesson?
The teacher uses their hands and voice to gently guide the pupil in
everyday activities such as sitting and standing, walking and lying
down. With experience of this re-educative process the pupil can begin
to discover their own habitual patterns of use, learn how to release
excess tension and to prevent further misuse.
It is best to
wear loose, comfortable clothes so that movement is not restricted.
Women may prefer to wear trousers. You will be asked to remove your
shoes.
Lessons are
on a one-to-one basis and last about 35-40 minutes.
